The Franklin Police Department responded to 35 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
2/3/2012 @ 6:15 PM, DEMONTAY LIGHTFOOT, 17, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested and charged with Disturbing The Peace. Mr. Lightfoot was processed and held on a $250.00 bond to appear in 3rd Ward City Court.
