A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the April 5 shooting death of Perry Davis III.
Crowley Police Chief K.P. Gibson said Sharonda McZeal, 18, of Crowley, was arrested for obstruction of justice and booked into the Acadia Parish Jail on a $25,000 bond for her role in aiding a wanted fugitive.
McZeal's arrest comes after Denzel McIntyre was arrested early Saturday and charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
McIntyre is one of three suspected in the shooting death of Perry Davis III. Davis was shot in the head on April 5 while sitting in a car. An 18-year-old who was in the car with Davis was shot in the arm.
Patrick Moore, 21, turned himself in to authorities last week and was booked into the Acadia Parish Jail on one count of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
Brandon Moore, the third suspect, was arrested in April.
