Three men and a teen are behind bars following what Crowley police are calling a crime spree involving home invasion, theft, and burglary.
Police arrested 23-year-old Dillan Emerson, 23-year-old Jesus Broussard, 22-year-old Bryon Istre, and a 16-year-old juvenile following a traffic stop around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Police were responding to a burglary call at a convenience store on South Eastern Street when they noticed the four in a car driving down a side street near the business. Detectives say they were able to connect the four to a rash of burglaries and thefts as well as a home invasion.
All four are charged with home invasion and multiple counts of burglary. The adults are also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Emerson faces an additional theft charge.
