Former LPD officer trial date set in malfeasance case

A trial date was set today for former Lafayette Police Officer, Kencil Joseph. Joseph is accused of falsifying an accident report and is charged with malfeasance in office and injuring public records. He was a Lafayette officer for four years and was fired in May. His trial is scheduled for March 4.
