Former Livingston Deputy Indicted on Sex Charges

A former Livingston Parish sheriff's deputy has been indicted on four counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor. According to Attorney General Buddy Caldwell, 37-year old Clarence "Jeremy" Brister was indicted on three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count of molestation of a juvenile. Prior to his arrest in January, Brister had been a deputy with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office for 18 months.
