Former LCG employee pleads guilty to video voyeurism

The former LCG employee accused of hiding a video camera inside a men's restroom urinal pleaded guilty to video voyeurism. In district court today, Jeffery Larcade was sentenced to five years supervised probation, and he must register as a sex offender.

Larcade was a planner in the Department of Planning, Zoning, and Codes, and in July, 2011 an employee discovered the camera taped to the inside of a urninal. The employee found several videos and pictures of men using the bathroom.
