Former Breaux Bridge Police Chief Released from Hospital

A former Breaux Bridge police chief is out of a hospital following a shooting earlier this month. The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says Charlie Thibodeaux was discharged from a local hospital Thursday after spending the last few weeks recovering from gunshot wounds suffered on September 1. The suspect in the shooting, Darrin Duhon, is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
