Fontenot Bond Hearing Set

A bond hearing has been set for Wednesday for the suspect in a shooting last weekend that killed a Lafayette teen. A judge has set Seth Fontenot's bond hearing for Wednesday. Fontenot is charged in the first-degree murder of 15-year-old Austin Rivault and the attempted first-degree murder of two other teens. Officials say Fontenot fired a handgun at a truck in which the three were traveling. Fontenot's attorney argues the circumstances of the case do not merit the charges filed and that bond should be set on the capital offense.
