Fiery single car crash leaves 1 dead

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - One person is dead following a fiery crash in Baton Rouge.
WAFB TV reports the accident happened around 2:20 a.m. Monday
Police say when officers arrived at the scene, they found a car on fire near a wooded area. Firefighters were called to put out the fire and saw a body inside the car while dousing the flames with water.
Police say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name has not been released.
The crash remains under investigated.
