Father and son take positive message on the road

Anti-crime community activist Lawrence Levy III is set to perform iAMradio Empowerment Breakfast and Showcase February 17 in Nashville.

I-Am-Radio.com is a 24-hour Christian Internet Radio Station with cutting-edge spiritual principles to reach the world via the Internet. The showcase is a spiritually charged atmosphere that showcases some of the best independent artists in the gospel music industry.

Levy led a 'Stop the Violence' march on Dutel Street in Abbeville in 2012 after a rash of murders in his old neighborhood. Levy who spent time in prison knows first-hand the importance of stopping the violence.

Levy says this is an opportunity for him and his son, Lawrence Levy IV, who is a Christian rapper, to showcase their hard work and dedication of changing lives through music.

Levy and his son will perform 'Step if You Blessed' along with 12 kids and 8 adults from Acadiana .
