Ex-teacher accused of indecent behavior

DERIDDER, La. (AP) - Beauregard Parish Sheriff Ricky Moses says a former Merryville High School teacher has been arrested for inappropriate contact with a student.
Moses tells The Town Talk that 50-year-old Rory J. Hollier of Port Sulphur was arrested late last week and booked with two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Moses did not release any details of the case.
Hollier was processed into the Beauregard Parish Jail, where he remains under an $80,000 bond.
It was not clear whether Hollier had an attorney.
