ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) - The former supervisor of the Rapides Parish drug task force has been arrested on drug and malfeasance charges after being indicted by a parish grand jury.
Michael LaCour, who had been a sheriff's lieutenant before resigning following an initial arrest in August, is accused of distribution of methamphetamine and criminal conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. He is also accused of having sex multiple times with a woman who was under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole
The Town Talk reports LaCour was indicted Thursday, but the court sealed the indictment until he was arrested on Friday.
It was unclear whether LaCour had an attorney.
