Evangeline Thruway lane closure

The outside and center lanes of US 167 (Evangeline Thruway) southbound approximately 0.5 of a mile south of Willow Street in Lafayette will be closed for railroad repair beginning 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 10, 2009.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the area. Motorists should expect delays.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
