Evangeline Parish accident leaves one girl dead

Another tragedy at Opelousas Catholic School, an 11-year-old female student killed in a car accident this afternoon in EvangelineParish. The accident took place on LA 104 near LA 1165. School officials say both the family and the school needs prayers during this dark time. Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home in Opelousas is handling the funeral arrangements.
