Eunice High School sent students home at noon today due to broken air conditioning system. Assistant Superintendent Joseph Cassimere says they believe a lightning strike Wednesday is to blame. The reason students are being sent home at noon is because workers have to shut off power to the whole building to fix the air conditioning system. They hope to have school tomorrow but won't know for sure until later this afternoon.
