Eunice Candidacy

There's one less candidate for Eunice Police Chief.
Bart Thibodeaux withdrew after learning he couldn't run because he works for the U-S Immigration Division.
He does plan on retiring soon... and said quote.. "Thanks again..God bless..See you in four."
