Eric Cloutier Plea Deal Deadline Extended

Lafayette businessman Eric Clouthier, now has until November 12th to accept a plea deal or he will stand trial in January.

That's according to reports published in The Advertiser. The former owner of Marley's Sports Bar and Karma nightclub in Downtown Lafayette, was arrested in February by the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco control.

He's accused of money laundering and racketeering among other charges.
