Eraste Landry Bridge Closed for Five Months

Monday, drivers will have to detour for work starting on the bridge on Eraste Landry Rd. Director of Traffic and Transportation Tony Tramel says the bridge on Eraste Landry Dr. over Sunbeam Coulee will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, January 31.
The road will stay closed for about five months while the bridge is being replaced as part of the drainage improvement project. A detour route will be posted using Luke St and Dulles Dr for eastbound traffic and South Long St, Wall St and Delta St. for westbound traffic.
