Energizing Rural Business program

Acadiana Resource Conservation & Development Council is have a "Energizing Rural Business program." The deadline for program participation is November 30th.

Energizing Rural Business is a program promoting the benefits of energy conservation and how a business owner could save money by getting an energy audit and making improvements that conserve energy use. Acadiana RC&D Council is offering an incentive to rural small businesses to obtain an energy audit. Also, other grants and incentives are available to help a small business become more energy efficient. For the show, an auditor would explain the benefits of an energy audit using clips of video about an energy audit and/or graphics about energy use.
