Elder Outreach Gives $6,000 in Scholarships to SLCC Nursing Students

The Elder Outreach Scholarship Announcement/Student Demonstrations will take place Thursday, March 7. The event will begin at 1 pm and take place at SLCC Lafayette in the Ardoin Building Nursing Lab, Room 415.
Elder Outreach of Baton Rouge will award two scholarships totaling $6,000. The awards will go to students majoring in the Nurse Assistant program or Practical Nursing at SLCC's Gulf Area campus in Abbeville and its Acadian Campus in Crowley. Demonstrations will also be conducted by nursing students.
