Early voting for April election starts Saturday in 7 Acadiana parishes

Early voting for the April 5th election begins Saturday, March 22, 2014. It continues through Saturday, March 29th from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, excluding Sunday, March 23rd.

Those who want to vote early should go to their parish Registrar of Voters' Office or at other designated locations. For a complete listing of early voting locations, CLICK HERE.

On Saturday, April 5th, elections will be held in 34 of the state's 64 parishes: Acadia, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, DeSoto, East Baton Rouge, East Carroll, Franklin, Grant, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lafourche, LaSalle, Livingston, Madison, Natchitoches, Richland, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Union, Vermilion, Vernon, Washington, West Baton Rouge, West Carroll and Winn.
