NEW ORLEANS (AP) Federal prosecutors allege a Louisiana woman and a Kentucky man embezzled nearly $13 million from a Gretna oil company.

Forty-six-year-old Donna White of Avondale and 44-year-old Daniel Kinney, of Whitesville, Ky., were charged Monday with one count of mail fraud.

The U.S. attorney's office in New Orleans says White and Kinney stole checks and money from John W. Stone Oil Distributor LLC. in Gretna between 1995 and 2007. Prosecutors say White reviewed payments at Stone Oil, a midstream and dock-fueling business, and Kinney was her sister's boyfriend.

White and Kinney face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 if convicted.
