Duck Festival Hit-and-Run Victim Dies

One of the pedestrians struck in a hit-and-run in Gueydan Saturday has died. Family members tell KATC 40-year-old Amy Breaux died of her injuries Tuesday in a local hospital. Breaux and another person were hit by a small white car on LA 14 while walking back to their car from the the Duck Festival. The other victim remains hospitalized with unknown injuries.
