Drug arrest by St. Mary multi-jurisdictional drug task force

The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Caleb Guerrero 21 yoa, Amy Morrison 19 yoa both of 112 Ernie's Lane Lot # 15, Ricohoc, La. and Kimberly Segura 20 yoa of Elm St., Centerville were arrested on 11-9-2009 at 5:00 pm Guerrero being charged with Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile, Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of CDS and Keeping a Disorderly Place, Morrison was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of CDS and Keeping a Disorderly Place and Segura being charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Loritab and Obstruction of Justice. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 112 Ernie's Lane Lot # 15 in Ricohoc. Upon Agents entering the residence above suspects and an infant child were located in the residence. Upon Agents searching the residence several items of drug paraphernalia along with loose marijuana were located through out the residence. Agents also located a bag of marijuana in the closet where Segura was located along with a Loritab pill on her person. Agents also recovered $397.00 in U.S. currency. After investigation above suspects were placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time.
