This time of year cold fronts are the dominant feature of the forecast, and a string of recent fronts have helped knock down temperatures at times this season. The front that moved through on Wednesday will be no exception, and it will drag along with it some cooler drier air.
Humidity will be virtually non existent for the end of the work week, with temperatures falling nicely in place (highs in the mid to upper 60s). Moisture through upper parts of the atmosphere could linger so a few high clouds could stick about for the next couple of days.
Despite the high clouds rain chances will be knocked down to basically nothing heading into the weekend, so for those of you heading to the big Cajuns game on Thursday you can leave those umbrellas at home. Although taking a light jacket to the game may be a good idea.
