The Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that they will change the operation hours of the DOTD Customer Service Center from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday starting January 19, 2010.
"We adjusted the hours of operation to meet with call volumes," said DOTD Customer Service manager Brendan Rush. "We were not receiving enough calls in the early morning and late afternoon to warrant staffing during these times."
