Donation to fund Nicholls' 'geomatics' scholarship

THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - The Nicholls State University program in geomatics has received $100,000 to establish an endowed scholarship.
The geomatics program prepares students for careers as land surveyors, construction surveyors, mappers and planners.
The new scholarship is named in memory of Jules Oreste Chustz, the late child of Jimmy Chustz of Chustz Surveying Inc.
