Donation made to Acadian Museum

Shown here are (L) Don Boudreaux, Boudreaux Family Association President and (R) Warren A. Perrin, Chairman of the Acadian Museum, who made a presentation to the members attending the annual meeting in Lafayette. Following the presentation, the Boudreaux Family Association made a pledge of financial support by purchasing the first table for the museum's upcoming fundraiser to be held August 4, 2012 in Erath at the Erath Community Center. At that time, former Governor Edwin W. Edwards will be inducted as a Living Legend. Helen Boudreaux and Natial d'Augereau will perform music from the last 200 years. The event has been selected by the State Bicentennial Commission to be the official Bicentennial event for Vermilion Parish. For persons interested in attending the event, you may contact Warren A.
