DOD Identifies LA Soldier Who Died in Iraq

ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) - The U.S. Department of Defense says a
21-year-old soldier from Epps has died in Iraq.
The department announced Tuesday that Pfc. Bryant J. Haynes died
June 26 of injuries from a vehicle roll-over in Al Diwaniyah.
He was assigned to the 199th Support Battalion of the Louisiana
Army National Guard, based in Alexandria.
