Doctors: Hillary Clinton making excellent progress

UNDATED (AP) - Doctors say Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is making excellent progress and predict she'll make a full recovery from a blood clot.
The news comes after Clinton spent a second day at a New York hospital, where a spokesman says she was being treated with blood thinners.
The clot was discovered during ongoing treatment for a concussion. Clinton fainted and fell at home earlier this month during a bout with a stomach virus.
