Deputies: Residents on Castex Road along Mermentau River to See Flooding

The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office say some residents along the Mermentau River may see significant flooding this evening. Deputies say residents on Castex Road south of Jennings will more than likely see high water after the Mermentau crests tonight. Deputies add that despite their warning, no evacuation order is in place.
