Debby's center seems to be reforming northeast of the previous location. Tropical storms still in the forming stage tend to do this. Since the center is now located farther toward the Northeast, the track has shifted. The new forecast brings Debby ashore as a minimal hurricane near the mouth of the Mississippi River sometime Wednesday. There are still uncertainties associated with the track and strength of Debby's future. Stay with KATC through the weekend for the latest.
