Police identify body found on Congress Street

Lafayette Police Department investigators have identified the male victim found behind a convenience store on Monday evening as Richard Ronald Fuller (51), originally from Echo, Louisiana. On February 15, 2010, at approximately 8:20 pm, patrons walking behind a convenience store at 2400 West Congress Street discovered the body of a male subject. Investigators did not suspect foul play in the victim's death and the coroner has ruled the death as natural causes.
