JENNINGS, La. (AP) - The results of an investigation into allegations of misconduct by two former Fenton Elementary School employees have been turned over to the district attorney's office.
The American Press reports the investigation involves allegations of inappropriate behavior including sexual contact and distribution of alcohol involving two employees and several students at a home.
School Superintendent Brian Lejeune says the incident allegedly occurred off campus during the summer break and involved older students from another school in the parish.
District Attorney Michael Cassidy says his office is reviewing the report.
School officials say the teacher and secretary, who have not been named, have both resigned from their positions.
