A second continuance has been granted in the cyberstalking case against to the man who allegedly operated the "Busted In Acadiana" website.
According to court records, lawyers for Christopher Hebert were granted a motion on Aug. 26 to rescheduled the trial Dec. 2. According to the motion, both attorneys, Christopher Alexander and Stephen Spring, had other cases that would keep them from being in Lafayette for trial.
Hebert was indicted in October 2012 on charges of threatening and cyberstalking a woman between November, 2010 and August, 2011. The trial had previously been postponed from July 8 because his attorneys said Hebert was hospitalized.
