Crowley flooding, Hwy 90 closing

Shady Oaks Subdivion

From Crowley Police Chief K.P. Gibson:

Highway 90 through the city is being closed by DOTD as we speak. There is heavy flooding in various areas of town. Shady Oak is being evacuated as a voluntary procedure. Water is in the residences there. West and East Crowley hav roadways overflowing with water and near homes.
We are handling the calls to the best of our ability and our entire staff is involved in this disaster.
