Crews are on the scene of a house fire in Lafayette, on Ambassador Caffery and Dulles. It is unknown if people were in the house at the time of the blaze. We will update once we get more information.

As of 11:34pm, traffic is blocked at Ambassador Caffery between Eraste Landry and Dulles. Also, clouds of smoke can be seen as far as West Congress Street. Take caution if you are traveling in those areas.
