Creditors will Soon be able to go after "Octomom."

LA HABRA, Calif. (AP) - Creditors will be able to go after the mother of 14 children known as "Octomom." A judge has thrown out Nadya Suleman's request for bankruptcy protection after she failed to file the proper paperwork. Suleman says she can't pay about $1 million of debt. Suleman is the unemployed single mother who became famous after giving birth to octuplets in 2009. All of her children were conceived through in vtiro.
