Saints fans throughout Acadiana entered the "Lil Man Big Saints Fan" Superbowl raffle, organized by Senator Troy Hebert.
The winners were announced on GMA Thursday morning: Jodie and Janet Crouch of Lafayette won the pair of tickets.
They entered five times at $10 per entry, which means they are going to the historical event for just $50.
Right away they became busy answering their phone that was ringing off the hook, and planning their trip by looking into flights and hotel rooms.
The raffle proceeds go to ARC (The Association of Retarded Citizens) of St. Martin and Iberia Parishes.
About $13,200 was raised-- more than twice than the $5000 they hoped they would raise.
This cause is the reason the couple entered the contest.
"My niece goes to ARC in Sunset and I wanted to donate to the organization she enjoys so much. It's been good for her, and that's the real reason I bought them. I didn't think we'd win the tickets," says Janet.
