A Crowley couple is dead after their car is struck by a train.
It happened around 4 AM Friday morning on Sidney Richard Road off Highway 90 outside Crowley.
Deputies say the train was moving close to 70-miles-an hour when it struck a car on the tracks.
The train couldn't stop for another half-mile.
Acadia Parish Deputies say the driver failed to yield for the train.
The victims have been identified as 29-year-old Joshua Kade Feverjean (pictured above) and his wife, 37-year-old Natalie Feverjean.
The Feverjeans leave behind five daughters in Kaplan.
