The unsettled pattern of weather continues through the week, with rain chances continuing all the way up through Friday when we will finally start to clear out.
The clearing skies will usher in another cold air mass into Acadiana, and temperatures will be almost 20 degrees below normal headed into Saturday.
Despite it being cooler we can always seek comfort in the thought that some areas just to our north will be hitting the 30s, while we stay in the upper 40s.
Moisture continues to surge in, however, which as kept the atmosphere churned up and keeping those clouds through southern Louisiana.
Those umbrellas will certainly come in handy at times over the next few days, so it would be a good idea just to keep one in the car.
