Cool Night Ahead, Slight Warming Trend, Staying Pleasant

Less humid and comfortable fall-like day.  Cool temps in store for Acadiana this evening thanks to a cold front passage over the last 24 hours.  High pressure ridging in behind the front will allow clear skies and light winds overnight.  Temps could be the coolest of the season, at least since March/April.  Central LA in the low to mid 50s while southern LA in the mid to upper 50s.

A little by little warming trend throughout the week into the weekend as weak low level southerly flow returns.  By Sunday a disturbance should reach Acadiana, lack of moisture should keep rain chance slim to none, however...this should allow cooler temps, lower humidity, and lower dew-points heading into early next week.

In the meantime, comfortable warm days and cool/mild nights for the next few days.  Calm forecast nearly seven days out from now....possibly even longer.  Enjoy!  Autumn officially begins this Saturday the 22nd.
