Question: Does leaving conditioner on my hair make it more moisturized?
Answer:Yes, of course. If you have really dry hair, I recommend not rinsing the conditioner out all the way -- make sure some of the conditioner is left on the tips. And, there are some really great leave-in conditioners that don't make the hair limp or oily; then, you'll only have to wash your hair once or twice a week instead of every day.
