NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A Baton Rouge company has won a $21.9 million contract for support services at Fort Irwin, Calif., and a Belle Chasse company has won a $7.3 million contract for flood control work on the Mississippi River at Redwood, Miss.
The Pentagon says High Desert Support Services LLC was among nine bidders for the Fort Irwin contract, which is expected to run through Oct. 31, 2017.
A news release sent Thursday says Circle LLC of Belle Chasse was among 10 bidders for the Army Corps of Engineers contract in Mississippi.
