The production team behind the upcoming feature film THE ANGEL CHANNEL will hold an informational meeting for the public to discuss the film and job opportunities on:
Tuesday, July 17th from 6:00pm to 7:00 pm
at the Historic Rice Theater
323 North Parkerson Avenue
in downtown Crowley, Louisiana
"We will be briefing the public about THE ANGEL CHANNEL story, our shooting schedule, the extra movie work and the hands on jobs available for people from the area," says producer Dan Moore, a 30-year Hollywood veteran. "If you think you want to be involved in any way, come to The Rice Theater on Tuesday and fill out an application."
THE ANGEL CHANNEL is scheduled to begin shooting Friday, October 19th onstage at the Rice Festival. Two Legends of Louisiana Music, Tab Benoit, and Irma Thomas, are on board to play significant roles in the movie. Louisiana music and musicians, including the catalogue of recording pioneer JD Miller, will be featured in the film.
In a recent WUSD Channel 6 News interview, Sheridan Film Producers Dan Moore and Sheri Myers discussed their plans to use Crowley as the backdrop for their feature film, THE ANGEL CHANNEL.
