High pressure remains off to our east which will be responsible for the increase in moisture across Acadiana. As a result you can expect the patchy cloud cover to remain in the forecast for the next several days.
This does not mean, however, we will get much wet weather. In fact the rain chances stay incredibly slim until much later into the work week. So the rest of the weekend we will see patches of sunshine and temperatures steadily on the rise.
Despite running slightly cooler lately we will be trying to get back closer to seasonable, so highs will be running in the mid to upper 70s. Lows stay in the 50s the next couple nights so you may want a jacket if you have evening plans.
