The owner and operator of a Monroe anti-aging clinic has been sentenced to three years in jail for distributing human growth hormones. Court documents say Dallas Humble made over $400,000 by selling and administering nearly 27,000 units of the hormone to clients. Prosecutors said some of the hormones were illegally imported from China.
