Christmas Events Across Acadiana

LAFAYETTE

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Acadiana and the Acadiana Symphony & Conservatory of Music will host a winter recital at the South Regional Library (6101 Johnston Street, Lafayette, Louisiana). The recital will consist of performances by Members of the Boys & Girls Club from various local areas.

The event will take place on Saturday, December 10, 2011, from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

SCOTT

From 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday, Decemeber 10, in Scott there will be the offical lighting of the Christmas Tree. Admission is free and refreshments will be sold.

Entertainment will be provided by local musicans, and you can even make your own crafts booth. All the festivites will take place at The Begnaud House located at 110 Beniot Patin Road.

Even Santa Clause will be there for pictures.

BROUSSARD

The City of Broussard will host a Christmas Parade at 2pm, on Sunday, Dec. 11th.
