Tuesday morning will bring the coolest temperatures for the fall season to Acadiana with sunrise temperatures ranging in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
Under clear skies the coolest temperatures Tuesday morning will be be in the northern parishes with readings ranging from the mid-upper 40s across Central Louisiana while temperatures closer to the coast will be in the lower 50s.
Mostly sunny and milder conditions are expected for Tuesday afternoon with highs in the mid-upper 70s.
Warmer temperatures are expected for the rest of the week with highs likely reaching the mid-upper 80s by the weekend.
Overall the forecast should remain dry with some shower activity possibly developing next week.
