Chemin Metarie: Is It A Dangerous Intersection?

A KATC viewer writes: "I have anxiously awaited the opening of the the new Ambassador Caffery extention knowing it would drastically cut down on the thru traffic on my road, which it has. HOWEVER, the intersection they created at Chemin Metairie and Ambassador is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!"

Do you think Chemin Metarie is a dangerous intersection? It's a 4-way stop without a light and no speed signs.
